elcome to our peaceful, spacious villa in West Bay, home to a warm, mostly European expat community. Just a 10-minute walk to City Center Doha and steps from a local mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaner, park, and more – convenience is all around.

Fully furnished room available now – large bed, desk, sofa, TV. QAR 4000/month, all bills included (electricity, water, internet, Ooredoo TV, StarzPlay Being Sport,). Window AC included.

About Us:
We’re a laid-back, friendly group who enjoy BBQs and occasional get-togethers. The villa has rustic charm and may need occasional maintenance – perfect for someone easygoing who appreciates character over luxury.

• Deposit: 1 month’s rent
• Western expats preferred (others welcome)
• Cat lovers only – we have two
• Outdoor smoking only
• Shorter stays are negotiable at a higher rate
