Key Responsibilities
Email & RFQ Handling: Manage incoming enquiries, reply professionally, and prepare quotation drafts
Client Follow-up: Track leads, follow up regularly, and maintain CRM updates
Lead Generation: Occasionally reach out to prospects - contractors, consultants, architects
Site Visits: Attend visits with the team, take dimensions, photos, and record notes
Product Research: Source suppliers, compare specs, and summarize findings
Paperwork & Support: Assist with permits, project files, and accompany team when needed
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in admin, sales, or coordination (construction or interiors a plus)
Strong communication & follow-up skills (written and verbal)
High computer literacy
Valid Qatar driving license
Fluent English AND Arabic
Organized and proactive
