Description

I, Stephan Nilaxsan, hold a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and currently reading BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. I have gained should knowledge and around five years' working experience as Quantity Surveyor, particularly on Quantity take-off & estimation of structural and MEP works and post-contract activities in civil and Infrastructure. Further, I am familiar with contract documents, monitoring and preparation of variation proposals, Preparation of Interim Payment Application, Preparation of Interim sub contractor Payment Certificate , Cost controlling and preparation of cost value reconciliation , Preparation of tender evaluation documents, Rate analysis, and closely with construction Terms. Further, I have sound knowledge on CESMM, NRM1,2&3, SMM7, SLS573, FIDIC and SBD, MS project, Auto CAD, Naviswork, CostX, Revit and MS Office Package.
