Description

1. Engineer Need for newly set-up company in Oman prefer South Indian (Tamilian) 2. Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering in the respective fields. 3. Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction and Pipeline projects with pre commissiong activities in large engineering construction organization 4. He/she must have fluent spoken and written communication skills in English with interpretation skill. 5. Must have sound basic relevant skills in relevant branch of engineering and good knowledge of on site HSE management with computer literature 6. Familiar with design and engineering standards read and understand drawings also should have good man management skills Job Responsibilities and authority (He is the one who full responsible for bid tender to project completion and handover) 1. Supervising the discipline construction and commissioning activities in the coast interior in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications. 2. To review the scope of construction works and identify for any anomalies prior and during construction. 3. To monitor the HSE performance of all construction contractors in the area (against the Departmental, Project or Contract HSE Plan) and to ensure that all work Sites under his control are operating in a safe manner. 4. To review Contractors plan and ensure Project targets are met. 5. To sign (within the limits of assigned Technical Authority) the testpack after completion of individual jobs making sure that the job has been done according to PDO standards and regulation and Site is cleaned of any scrap. 6. To plan for station or part of station shutdown with Operations. To review marked up as built drawings of the completed job before handover to Operations and Project Engineer. To highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction. Ensure that scheduled requirement
